* Working with B2B client to resolve the queries and technical issue
* Channels: Email, Phone, Chat Support
* Communication with other departments and product teams
* Maintaining customer satisfaction
* Demonstrating flexibility resilience and keeping always positive
attitude
YOUR PROFILE
* Fluent Swedish and English skills both in writing and speaking (C2
level)
* Experience in customer facing role (Customer service or Technical
Support or Sales or Admin)
* Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
